What we collect, and why.
Wild Bunch is a small wildlife control company in Partlow, Virginia. We are not in the data business and we have nothing to gain from holding on to your information. This page says plainly what this website collects, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.

Who we are
Wild Bunch LLC, Partlow, Virginia. We operate callwildbunch.com and we are responsible for the information described on this page. To reach us about any of it: wildbunchwc@gmail.com or (826) 203-0343.
When you ask us to call you back
The callback form asks for four things: your name, your phone number, optionally your town or ZIP code so we know the drive, and a description of what you are hearing. That goes straight to Mike as an email. It is not saved to a database, it is not added to a mailing list, and it is not shared with anyone outside Wild Bunch.
We use it to call you back, quote the work, and do the job. If you decide not to hire us, the email sits in the inbox until it is deleted — and you are welcome to ask us to delete it sooner.
Two automated things happen in passing when you submit that form. Your IP address is counted briefly so that one sender cannot flood the inbox; that counter is held in memory for sixty seconds and is never written to disk. Your submission is also screened for bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address in order to tell a person from a script. Neither step involves your name, your number, or what you wrote.
When you call or text
The phone and text numbers on this site are Mike's business line. Calls and texts arrive there directly. The website is not in the middle of that and records nothing about it beyond the fact that someone tapped the link — see below.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is being used: which pages people read, how they arrived, and whether the site works properly on a phone. Google sets cookies to do this and receives the usual information a website visit involves — pages viewed, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser details.
Alongside page views we record three specific actions, because they are the only way to tell whether the site is actually helping anyone: a tap on a call link, a tap on a text link, and a callback form that sent successfully. What gets recorded is that the action happened and which part of the page it happened in. The contents of the form are never sent to Google — not your name, not your number, not your description.
We do not use any of this for advertising. There are no remarketing or ad-targeting tags on this site, and we do not sell or share this data.
Turning it off
If you would rather not be counted, any of these work:
- Install Google's official Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Turn on your browser's tracking protection or block third-party cookies. Firefox, Safari and Brave block this kind of measurement by default.
- Use any standard content blocker. We make no attempt to work around them.
Blocking analytics changes nothing about how the site works for you. Every page, both phone links and the callback form behave exactly the same.
Hosting and security logs
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps and served through Cloudflare. Both keep short-term operational logs of IP addresses and requested URLs, which is how any site on the internet stays online and defends itself. We do not analyse those logs and we do not use them to identify anyone.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics measurement cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token when you interact with the callback form. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.
Your choices
Email wildbunchwc@gmail.com and we will, at no cost and within a reasonable time:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your enquiry and the correspondence about it.
Virginia's Consumer Data Protection Act sets size thresholds a company like ours does not meet, so strictly speaking these are not duties we are under. We would rather just do it. Ask, and it is done.
Children
This site is for homeowners arranging wildlife work. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this page
If we add or remove anything that collects information, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. What is written here is what the site currently does.
