How far do you travel?
The block bounded by Richmond, Washington DC, Harrisonburg and Charlottesville — and everything inside it. We are run out of Partlow in Spotsylvania County, which sits roughly in the middle of that, so no corner of it is a strange trip.
Does the drive change the price?
No — we don't price by mileage. Complimentary inspections are available for some exclusion and repair projects; otherwise we confirm the inspection fee with you before scheduling. What can change it is the building rather than the distance.
My town isn't on the list.
Then tell us about it, because that gap is rather the point. Most companies covering this region name the big metros and leave everywhere between them unanswered. Use the checker above, or just call — and if your address is genuinely outside what we can reach, we'll say so and tell you who can help instead of stringing you along.
How quickly can you get out?
Usually within a day or two, and soonest around Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania and Stafford, which is where we are based. Further out — the Valley, Richmond, deep into Northern Virginia — we will agree a realistic day with you rather than promise same-day and let you down. If something is loose inside your living space, say so when you call and we will prioritize it.
