Wildlife removal and exclusion.

Getting the animal out is the easy half. What keeps it out is the exclusion — finding every entry point, closing it with materials that hold, and repairing the damage that made the opening in the first place. That's the work we do.

What we handle

Nuisance wildlife in and around the building envelope — attic, roofline, crawlspace, foundation.

How the job runs

Inspect, evict, exclude.

Every job starts the same way, whatever is living up there. The animal decides the method; the building decides the repair.

1. The inspection

One to three hours, depending on the size of the house and property and the nature of the work — attic, roofline, soffits, vents, crawlspace, foundation. We identify what's in there and find every active and potential entry point, photograph each one, and write the estimate. Complimentary inspections are available for some exclusion and repair projects; otherwise we'll confirm the inspection fee with you before scheduling. Either way the photos and findings are yours to keep whether you hire us or not.

2. The eviction

Wherever the species and the season allow it, the animal lets itself out and nobody ever touches it. Often that's a one-way door over the entry point — it leaves to feed the way it does every night and can't get back in. Sometimes it's a matter of timing, or of closing every other opening and leaving one clear way out. However we get there, the goal is the same: no trap, no handling, no relocation problem. That's safer for the animal and safer for us, and Virginia restricts what can legally be done with trapped wildlife anyway. When a situation genuinely requires hands-on removal, we'll tell you that before we start.

3. The exclusion

Then the part that decides whether you call anyone again: sealing the building. Chewed soffit corners rebuilt, gable vents screened, ridge and roof vents guarded, gaps closed with steel rather than something an animal can chew back through. We repair the structural damage as part of the exclusion — you don't need a second trade for it. All of it carries a 1-year warranty unless we've discussed otherwise.

It's not going to leave on its own.

Every week you wait is more chewing, more mess, and a bigger repair.
