Every repair and exclusion photo, yes. They are taken on the job, mostly on a phone, mostly one-handed from a ladder, which is why they look like work photographs rather than advertising. We would rather show you a slightly awkward picture of our own roofline repair than a beautiful picture of somebody else’s. Where we use a licensed wildlife photograph — because getting a clear picture of a bat is a different skill from getting it out of your attic — it is credited underneath the image, so you always know which you are looking at.

Ask when you call and we will tell you honestly what we have done nearby. We cover a wide area — Richmond up to DC, west to Harrisonburg and down through Charlottesville — so there is usually something within a few towns of you.

We photograph every inspection, and those photos are yours — you get them whether or not you hire us. Whether any of them end up here is a separate question we would ask you first. Nothing goes on this page without the homeowner being happy about it.

Because that is not how we prefer to work, and a gallery of caged animals would misrepresent the job. Wherever the situation allows we set it up so the animal leaves under its own power and nobody handles it — safer for it and safer for us. There is not much to photograph in that, which is rather the point.
