Wildlife removal in Fredericksburg.
Fredericksburg is home ground — we're based in Partlow, just down the road. Squirrels in the attic, bats in an older roofline, raccoons in an uncapped chimney: same day or next day, most weeks.

What we run into in Fredericksburg
Fredericksburg is really two building stocks sitting next to each other, and they fail in completely different ways.
In and around the historic district you have genuinely old houses — brick chimneys, original soffit and fascia, slate and standing-seam roofs, attics that were never built to be sealed against anything. Those are the bat and chimney-raccoon calls. Out toward the edges of the city it's post-war and modern subdivision housing on wooded lots, where the roofline is newer but the mature trees are right up against it. Those are the squirrel calls.
The other thing about this town is the tree canopy. Between the old street trees downtown and the river corridor, a lot of houses here have a squirrel highway running straight onto the roof, and squirrels don't come down to ground level to find a way in.
- Older downtown attics and rooflines where there was never a proper seal to begin with
- Uncapped masonry chimneys — the classic Fredericksburg raccoon and chimney-nesting call
- Mature street trees and river-corridor canopy putting branches onto rooflines
- Slate and standing-seam roofs, where the repair has to respect the roof as well as stop the animal
- Subdivision housing at the city edges backing onto tree line
Fredericksburg call-outs
What we get called for here.
Squirrel removal
The most common Fredericksburg call by a distance — tree canopy onto the roof, then in at a soffit corner or gable vent.
Squirrels in the attic →Bat removal & exclusion
Older housing stock means older rooflines with gaps a bat can use. We're Bat Standards Certified and permitted for this work.
Bats in the attic →Raccoon removal
Uncapped chimneys and torn soffits. Often a female denning, which changes how and when the job can be done.
Raccoons and chimneys →Wildlife exclusion & repairs
The half that lasts — every entry point sealed in steel and the damage repaired, not patched.

Fredericksburg questions we get asked
How fast can you get to me in Fredericksburg?
Usually within a day or two, and often sooner here than anywhere else we cover — this is home ground. If something is loose inside your living space, a bat or a snake, say so when you call and we'll prioritize it.
My house is in the historic district. Can you work on it?
Yes, and it's worth telling us that when you call. Older rooflines, slate and standing-seam roofs and original soffit detail all change how the exclusion has to be built. We'd rather plan the repair around your roof than turn up expecting modern trim.
Do you cover all the Fredericksburg ZIP codes?
All of them — 22401 through 22408 — plus the surrounding Spotsylvania and Stafford addresses that carry a Fredericksburg mailing address.
What does it cost to have you come out?
It depends on the job. Complimentary inspections are available for some exclusion and repair projects; otherwise there is an inspection fee, and we confirm it with you before anything is scheduled. Either way you get the same walk-through inside and out — one to three hours depending on the size of the house and property — the photographs, and a written estimate that is yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
